Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, the first Islamic shari’ah based bank in South East Asia, is looking for hardworking, committed, self-driven and qualified Bangladeshi nationals for appointment in the post of Field Officer for its Rural Development Scheme. Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, through the Rural Development Scheme, has been working for economic development of the rural poor since long. The terms and conditions for appointment in the post are as under:

Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Other Requirements
- -Candidates working in any organizations must apply through proper channel.
- -Only the male candidates can apply for this post.
- -No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing at the written test/viva-voce.
- -Signatures as well as photographs in all stages of recruitment process should be quite identical.
- -Incomplete and incorrect application will be considered as rejected.
- -Candidates will be essentially required to run bicycle/motorcycle and should have the mentality to work in any rural area of the country.
Age Limits
Minimum 22 years and not exceeding 30 years on March 20, 2022.
Salary & Allowances
- -As per existing policy of the bank.
- -Probation period is 06 (six) months. On satisfactory completion of probation period, the service will be confirmed in the regular scale of pay.
Job Location
The service of the recruited candidates is transferable to any area of the country.
Selection Procedure
- -A short list will be prepared from among the intending candidates through extensive selection process.
- -The short listed candidates will be invited to appear at the written exam/viva-voce test or for both of the cases.
- -The decision of the hiring authority on any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.
- -The authority reserves the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
